At the young age of eight, Deitrich was placed in his elementary school choir. Encouraged by friends and teachers, he continued singing throughout jr. high and high school. He was selected to participate in his high school a cappella and show choirs. After having heart surgery in December of 2013, he discovered the healing power of music and immediately fell in love with the art. Within two years, he grasped the techniques and had learned how to play a guitar, piano, and drum set. He began to put on small"house shows" for his family and close relatives following dinners. Now in college, Deitrich lives a complex life. Between balancing his studies, and music career, he keeps himself quite busy. He dreams to one day be a musician who can touch the lives of listeners and impact them in a positive way. As he says,"music is what I pursue because there's no rules. There's nothing more fun to me than pursuing a passion without rules."
