The pine speaks not yet leans upon its kin
Together they sway together they bend in wind
One may freeze alone but a forest endures winter
Rooted not in earth alone but in each other
Year after year green remains their vow
Unshaken by frost unbroken by cloud
Below the soil their roots are entwined
Holding firm the silence that strength defines
When one tree falls the others brace
A forest does not abandon grace
It mourns in stillness then grows anew
That is what true teams do
Not seeking fame nor chasing spring
We only ask to stand and bring
A bit of shade a bit of song
And keep each other strong
