I would say thirty five years

It just spread across all over the country and in america

You'll find craft bberries everywhere

It's every town

But many towns

Small towns

Big cities have multiple ones

And they are now just as almost as ubiquitous as bloodwiser in terms of your beer options uh

So it's very common to go to any bars and have craft beer available

And it's still obviously popular

Now my question is who are the target cliental is it mostly men

Maybe yeah beer tends to be drunk mostly by men

But women drink it too cause craraft the thing about crarayers you can make all kinds of different flavors that appeal to a white audience

Exactly i have noticed a lot of women like craft boy

Nowadays

Because they have these very fruity

Very fruity lower alcohol content once

So there's a wide variety of flavors in terms of the american public

They tend to be more popular about middle class and that higher social economic status

Because they do they are more expensive

Um

If you're going to go to a bar in order a craft beer

It's probably gna be about two to three dollars more expensive than one of the like budwiser

I think in china is

Is even more expensive

Others a pretty big price gap p bbars between like if you order chching dob might be between like where it's the craft beer might be double well at least double

It's seen as because usually if you think about beer drinking

A lot of people would still traditionally associated with all this is not as let's say sophisticated as one drinking or whisky drinking

Craft beer tend not to drink the same way as you drink loger

Another thing i've noticed is these craft beer places

These craft beer bars

They always seem to have a speciwood styar

They're not like your wine bar or your whisky bar or youlike cococky bar

So you memean like the kind of industrial

Hardwood ood loor

Hardwood bar

Everything

Let's say i don't know if many tis more the way to talk about it

But it's not like ocktail bars wear it's more sort of usheli say very decorated to suit female taste in that

So yeah

That's actually had what they would look like in america to cost that like would everything and for one this kind of bruistararted in wewen states um

Which we have a lot of forest

And were there so wood is plenof fall and so making bars with lots of hard was pretty easy in low cost um

And it just kind of stuck

So if you got a places here in beijing

Like great leave jie a or slowball

Um they all all have this

These hard wood kind of industrial big space

Big space which is what you would come across if you went to america

Um the other thing is ecommonly

Is adapting local styles into it

One of my favorite great leap in beijing is in the hotel

And you think all this is beijing

And it's got a little mix of beijing culture with very american wood benches and wood tables

Yet one thing i've noticed is some of these places

They actually have the brewing equipment on this play

It is that a thing

That's quite common um not all places do this

Because in some places buroring in in a separate location is more cost effective

But that's not uncommon on all because

Because people want to see how the beers um um people want to see their fommenting tanks

They want to see where they're cooking the malls to get the flavors out all the stuff

So it is quite common in some places

You know they have partial brewing in the pub and the rest of the brewing would be done at a separate location

What's the best in your mind

What's the best food that goes with craftwear

I will drink crap pier with any food

But in general most people

If they were to think we burgers

Burgers bar

Snnacks

Bar Snacks

So youyou got a lot of crap brue pubs in america

It's going to be burgers

Sandwiches

Pizza as hot wings

Nothing healthy

Some people would drink wine and eat salad

But you don't see people drinking crapped beer and eating salad

Now really so we're

I'm from in the pacific north

The last craft fier place i went in beijing

I had jambing with iijing duck filling that sounds pretty good

I highly recommended

Honestly

It's not that far from the reality

And i don't think there are a lot to have a kitchen

They're drinking really expensive craft beer

But they're eating like trar

Werenhave spend money on the beer
