The river runs without a sound
Through valleys deep through fertile ground
It does not rush it does not bound
Yet it carves the earth with strength profound
Each gentle drop though weak alone
Together builds a steady tone
In their persistence the truth is shown:
The greatest force is quietly grown
The fleeting storm will rage and fall
But the flowing stream outlasts it all
Its patient steps may seem so small
But time reveals their mighty call
So like the river steady and sure
Through lifes great trials we must endure
For in the flow the heart is pure
And through its path all things mature
