No grammar here no sound no rule
Just pulse that hums beneath the cool;
No verse no law no outward creed
Yet still the heart remembers need
The body learns what time forgot
The strength of all it once was not;
Each scar a letter each breath a phrase
Each tear a poem the soul conveys
The tongue of faith requires no art
It speaks through marrow mind and heart;
The voice untrained yet pure yet near—
The syntax written by each year
The meaning lives through pain refined
The lexicon of humankind;
Survival writes in bone and flame—
Its every word returns to name
