At the Moment of Waking from a Dream
In the dreamland,
I was soaring above the clouds,
With the wings of freedom,
Skimming over mountains and oceans.
There, no words were needed,
Only the direction of the wind mattered.
Everything seemed so harmonious,
So perfect.
At the moment of waking from the dream,
Reality came flooding in like the tide.
Those beautiful moments
Disappeared like fireworks.
The cruel reality,
In contrast to the beauty in the dream,
Made me feel a chill
In the morning air.
In reality,
I was wandering in the earthly world,
With heavy steps,
Treading on dust and sorrow.
Here, every breath
Was a struggle.
Everything seemed so difficult,
So bewildered.
At the moment of waking from the dream,
Reality came flooding in like the tide.
Those beautiful moments
Disappeared like fireworks.
The cruel reality,
In contrast to the beauty in the dream,
Made me feel a chill
In the morning air.
At the moment of waking from the dream,
Reality came flooding in like the tide.
Those beautiful moments
Disappeared like fireworks.
The cruel reality,
In contrast to the beauty in the dream,
Made me feel a chill
In the morning air.
