See, my Servant, whom I uphold,
My Chosen in whom I delight;
My Spirit I've set upon Him,
For all men, to set all wrongs right.
A bruised reed He will not break;
Nor quench a flick’ring wick,
But faithful, justice He’ll make.
He will not faint or weary grow,
Until the streams of justice roll
Thus says the LORD who made all things,
Who breathed life's spirit into man,
Until You crown this saving work,
I'll keep and hold You by the hand.
A bruised reed He will not break;
Nor quench a flick’ring wick,
But faithful, justice He’ll make.
He will not faint or weary grow,
Until the streams of justice roll
I give You as a covenant,
The Light for men of nations all,
To open many blinded eyes
And from dark dungeons free from thrall.
I am the LORD, this is my name;
I share my glory with no other.
The former things have passed away,
I now make all things new forever.
A bruised reed He will not break;
Nor quench a flick’ring wick,
But faithful, justice He’ll make.
He will not faint or weary grow,
Until the streams of justice roll
He will not faint or weary grow,
Until the streams of justice roll
