There’s a clock on the wall with a magical tick,
Each hour it whispers a tale so unique,
With a chime that’s gentle, not too quick,
It tells of adventures that children all seek.
At one, there’s a pirate who sails the deep blue,
At two, there’s a dragon who dances on air,
At three, there’s a forest with elves to pursue,
At four, there’s a castle with secrets to share.
Each time the clock strikes, a new world appears,
With wizards and giants, and fairies that glow,
It ticks away worries, erasing all fears,
And brings every child to lands they don’t know.
When bedtime is near, it slows to a rest,
Till morning returns with tales of the best!
